About the program
The Community Innovation & Leadership Program at SouthRift Digital Innovation Hub (SRDI Hub) is designed to empower youth and local communities with leadership, innovation, and problem-solving skills that create lasting social and economic impact. The program focuses on nurturing responsible leaders, community changemakers, and innovative thinkers who can address real community challenges through collaboration, technology, and sustainable solutions.
Participants receive mentorship and guidance from experienced community leaders, professionals, innovators, entrepreneurs, and development experts who support personal growth, leadership development, teamwork, and social innovation. The program promotes active community engagement, civic participation, youth empowerment, and inclusive development opportunities for both young men and women.
SRDI Hub strongly promotes gender equality by creating equal access to training, mentorship, leadership opportunities, and innovation programs for women, girls, youth, and marginalized groups.
